Jeffrey Hakim
Founder & President
Jeffrey G. Hakim, President of Centric Partners, has worked in the Orange County commercial real estate market since 2003. As Managing Partner, Jeffrey oversees the firm’s strategic direction and serves as a consultant, strategic planner, and provider of specialized brokerage services to his roster of public and private sector clients. Having represented tenants in more than 7.5 million square feet of lease and purchase transactions, Jeffrey specializes in assisting his clients with the evaluation of their short and long term real estate and business needs. From that, he implements solutions to meet the client’s operational and financial goals. By focusing on his clients’ business needs first, Jeff ensures his clients benefit from impactful business solutions through real estate.
Jeffrey attended the University of California, Irvine where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and was a starting member of UCI’s Division I Water Polo Team. Today, Jeffrey resides in Long Beach, California with his wife and daughter. When he’s not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling, camping, open water swims, and participating in outdoor activities.
Sean Biernacki
Senior Associate
Sean’s diverse background in Hotel and Property Management allowed him to build long lasting client relationships, provide excellent customer service, and worked diligently to make sure all operations were running smoothly. Sean does not back down from a challenge, and works tirelessly to meet every client’s needs. He also has his Real Estate license, with additional training and some experience in residential real estate. Sean is now excited to combine his 4+ years of professional experiences, and array of skills as an Associate with Centric Partners.
Sean graduated with a degree in Criminal Justice from California State University, Fullerton. Sean is a local Southern Californian, who grew up in Mission Viejo, CA. In his spare time, Sean is a big family guy who enjoys taking his niece and nephew out to sporting events and parks. When he is not spending time with family, he is getting games in at the local bowling alley or on the basketball courts, as well as watching football.
Saeed Kameli
Associate
Saeed brings a strong background in commercial real estate, communications, and high level client engagement to Centric Partners. Having previously worked as a commercial real estate broker and COO, he has experience in both tenant and landlord representation across office, industrial, and retail asset classes.
Prior to joining Centric Partners, Saeed was active in Dubai’s fast paced commercial real estate market, where he built deep relationships with investors and high net worth individuals. That global exposure, combined with a strategic mindset and a client first approach, allows him to skillfully navigate deal structures and deliver tailored real estate solutions.
Saeed holds a degree in Corporate Communications with a minor in Psychology, which supports his strength in negotiation, client relations, and brand development. Outside the office, he enjoys tennis, travel, exploring national parks and camping.
Andy Tan
Associate
Andy has been involved in real estate since 2014, bringing extensive experience in Commercial Real Estate both domestically and internationally. While based in Singapore, he worked for a major developer where he was instrumental in identifying and acquiring a significant office building in Melbourne’s Central Business District, demonstrating his ability to navigate cross-border transactions and international investment opportunities. In addition, Andy has led teams of brokers, property managers, and general managers at the Holiday Inn Resort Hotel in Bali, Indonesia, and managed and leased a portfolio of six office buildings across Indonesia.
Currently, Andy specializes in assisting clients with Office, Industrial, and Retail leases and purchases in Orange County. He takes great pride in fostering long-term, trusted relationships with each of his clients.
Andy is a Southern California native and now resides in North Orange County with his wife and twin girls. When he’s not negotiating deals or spending time with his family, he enjoys watching basketball and baseball, and exploring new restaurants and coffee shops.
Abbey Tapaoan
Client Services Coordinator
Abbey is the Client Services Coordinator at Centric Partners. Her background in Client Services started back in 2015 when she started in the automotive industry and made her way up and was given the title of Lead Business Development Agent and Customer Relations. She has brought over and is continuing business with past clients, who have appreciated her professionalism and her willingness to go the extra mile, during her transition from the automotive industry to commercial real estate. Abbey is excited to start her new journey with Centric Partners.
Abbey has always been an OC local who loves spending time with her family and friends. She also likes to visit national parks, hike around SoCal, travel, play sports, go to the gym, kickbox, and play the guitar.
Dirk Lewin
Transaction Coordinator
Dirk Lewin is the Transaction Coordinator at Centric Partners, where he has assisted in processing over 550 lease agreements totaling $115,000,000 in lease value and comprising nearly 1,500,000 square feet of space.
Primarily working in the Orange County area, Dirk has over ten years of expertise in analyzing leases. He diligently strives to achieve the most favorable terms for our clients.
Dirk is a cat lover (he has one named Banana) and an avid sports fan. He was born and currently resides in Irvine, CA. When not drafting a counter proposal, you can find him on the basketball court.
