Jeffrey Hakim
Founder & President

Jeffrey G. Hakim, President of Centric Partners, has worked in the Orange County commercial real estate market since 2003. As Managing Partner, Jeffrey oversees the firm’s strategic direction and serves as a consultant, strategic planner, and provider of specialized brokerage services to his roster of public and private sector clients. Having represented tenants in more than 7.5 million square feet of lease and purchase transactions, Jeffrey specializes in assisting his clients with the evaluation of their short and long term real estate and business needs. From that, he implements solutions to meet the client’s operational and financial goals. By focusing on his clients’ business needs first, Jeff ensures his clients benefit from impactful business solutions through real estate.

Jeffrey attended the University of California, Irvine where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and was a starting member of UCI’s Division I Water Polo Team. Today, Jeffrey resides in Long Beach, California with his wife and daughter. When he’s not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling, camping, open water swims, and participating in outdoor activities.

Anthony Freasier

Even though Anthony is relatively new to commercial real estate, he’s been involved in some facet of the industry for the last six years. He entered real estate on the residential side where he was wholesaling homes. From there, he transitioned into investor relations, real estate technology, international real estate developments, and now commercial real estate. Anthony joined the Army directly after high school, and he served for three years completing a combat tour in Afghanistan as an infantryman.

When he got out of the military, he entered college as a business major. He grew up in Cypress but has lived all over Orange County from Laguna Niguel to now Fullerton. Anthony is a soccer fanatic, routinely waking up at 5:00 am on the weekends to get a good spot at The Olde Ship in Santa Ana to watch the game. This isn’t just a hobby – it’s his life goal to own The LA Galaxy.

“Rome wasn’t built in a day” and “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together” are two creeds that Anthony lives by every day. As an associate at Centric Partners, he takes this mentality into every interaction he has with clients and colleagues. This creates a win-win situation since he works and moves thoughtfully; he always puts the relationship first.

Sean Biernacki

Sean’s diverse background in Hotel and Property Management allowed him to build long lasting client relationships, provide excellent customer service, and worked diligently to make sure all operations were running smoothly. Sean does not back down from a challenge, and works tirelessly to meet every client’s needs. He also has his Real Estate license, with additional training and some experience in residential real estate. Sean is now excited to combine his 4+ years of professional experiences, and array of skills as an Associate with Centric Partners.

Sean graduated with a degree in Criminal Justice from California State University, Fullerton. Sean is a local Southern Californian, who grew up in Mission Viejo, CA. In his spare time, Sean is a big family guy who enjoys taking his niece and nephew out to sporting events and parks. When he is not spending time with family, he is getting games in at the local bowling alley or on the basketball courts, as well as watching football.

Nate Tucker

Nate’s Southern charm brings a warm and friendly disposition to everyone he meets, and his eagerness to please pushes him to work endless hours to fulfill his client’s needs to their satisfaction. Nate is currently working towards obtaining his Real Estate license, and is looking forward to flourish in his role here at Centric Partners.

Nate graduated with a degree in Finance from the University of Mississippi. A Southern boy at heart, Nate is originally from Louisville, KY and now calls California home. Nate has embraced surfing as a new hobby and enjoys taking weekend ski trips. Back home in KY, he enjoys night races at Churchill Downs, hanging out at the family ranch, and spending Sundays on his Mom’s patio for the traditional family meal.

Jacob Radford

Excited to start his future in Commercial Real Estate, Jacob has successfully obtained his Real Estates License. Born and raised in Laguna Hills, Jacob has extreme knowledge with the demographics and community of Orange County. Being raised around his grandfather, their bond-built Jacobs old soul. His grandfather moved to Laguna Beach in 1970s to be an architect, which thrives Jacob’s passion for all things Real Estate. Following in those footsteps, Jacob’s admiration will always lead him to assist the entire county in Commercial Real Estate needs.

In his spare time Jacob loves the gym, rock climbing, and relaxing at the beach. Jacob’s consistency at the gym shines through all aspects of his life. Jacobs not scared to tackle any challenges which aided him in conquering his fear of heights through rock climbing. With all this hard work and dedication, he still finds time for family, friends, and the sunny beaches of our beautiful county.

Abbey Tapaoan
Client Services Coordinator

Abbey is the Client Service Coordinator at Centric Partners. Her background in Client Services started back in 2015 when she started in the automotive industry and made her way up and was given the title of Lead Business Development Agent and Customer Relations. She has brought over and is continuing business with past clients, who have appreciated her professionalism and her willingness to go the extra mile, during her transition from the automotive industry to commercial real estate. Abbey is excited to start her new journey with Centric Partners.

Abbey started working right after high school to help her family. She is a firm believer that anyone is capable of anything they desire if they put their minds to it and not give up when the going gets tough. Abbey has always been an OC local who loves spending time with her family and friends. She also likes to visit national parks, hike around SoCal, travel, play sports, go to the gym, and read.

Dirk Lewin
Transaction Coordinator

Dirk Lewin is the Transaction Coordinator at Centric Partners, where he has assisted in processing over 550 lease agreements totaling $115,000,000 in lease value and comprising nearly 1,500,000 square feet of space.

Primarily working in the Orange County area, Dirk has over ten years of expertise in analyzing leases. He diligently strives to achieve the most favorable terms for our clients.

Dirk is a cat lover (he has one named Banana) and an avid sports fan. He was born and currently resides in Irvine, CA. When not drafting a counter proposal, you can find him on the basketball court.
